My New Townhouse has damages?
The walls have smudges, a little part of the wall in the kitchen is warped, part of the island counter wood has spaces, the trim on the bottom is damaged, some of the door knobs has paint on them, the cord outlets are not even, the microwave has tons of fine scratches, same with the stove, some of the door handle locks are broken, the hinges on the doors are painted over, the sink faucet is tons of really small scratches and lines, one of the cabinets have stains in them, the floors creek, the kitchen floor is uneven, when you flick the lights on in the kitchen it takes 3 seconds to come on, and makes this weird crackling noise. The edges on some of the walls are chipped.
It's nearly four years old, I don't think it should have these.

well f it is like that..the only thing you can now do is fix it
we just moved into a new house as well...and we are upgrading a lot of stuff..and by doing it yourself u can save a lot and really increase the markt value of the house.. start with patching up any holes in the wall and paint all the walls and trims (this makes a HUGE difference, as we just did the same thing in our house)...
and then try replacing the tiles with either new tiles or marble.. it will be cheap if you do it yourself!!
and its FUN..as it makes you feel proud at the end..
